Maureen Flynn

Maureen Flynn is the Vice President at Changing Our World, where she is a member of the firm’s executive team, responsible for strategic planning, business development, talent and culture and overall operations. Maureen oversees Changing Our World’s corporate practice, which specializes in the design, implementation, and measurement of strategic programs that drive business and social impact. 

With nearly two decades of experience in corporate responsibility, Maureen has a proven track record in program design, strategic partnership development, employee engagement, and cause campaigns. She has worked across a diverse range of sectors and industries, partnering with companies including CBRE, Charles Schwab, ConAgra Foods, GE Healthcare, Michelin, Northern Trust and Xylem.  

Before joining Changing Our World, Maureen held positions at Canon U.S.A., Inc. and the Toshiba America Foundation, where she successfully managed nonprofit partnerships, led community relations initiatives, and implemented employee engagement programs. Her contributions included developing cause marketing campaigns, managing grantmaking efforts, and executing disaster relief strategies 

Maureen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a graduate of Omnicom University’s Advanced Management Program, a partnership between Harvard Business School and Babson College. She has also completed the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards Training through the University of Arizona. 

A native of New Jersey, Maureen currently resides in Syracuse, New York, with her husband and two daughters.
