With a deep expertise in healthcare and international affairs, Lauren has provided strategic counsel to renowned organizations such as CARE, City of Hope, CHOC, CORE, Friends of the Global Fund, MORE, Regarding Her, Hadassah, Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, Prosperity Now, RWC Worldwide, Synergos, Waterkeeper Alliance and Xylem.

Through cutting-edge fundraising strategies and a profound understanding of organizational dynamics, she guides clients through the design, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives tailored to today’s evolving landscape. Beyond her work with nonprofits, Lauren has successfully led corporations in developing award-winning global volunteerism and engagement programs.
Prior to joining Changing Our World, Lauren held fundraising roles at Teach For America and charity: water, where she worked in a variety of capacities to cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong donor relationships through strategic communications, impactful events, and personalized engagement initiatives.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in international Affairs from The George Washington University.
