As the financial controller at Changing Our World, Yelena is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of financial information, including management and oversight of financial accounting, financial forecasting, financial planning and analysis. Yelena joined Changing Our World in 2008 as an accounting manager and was promoted to financial controller as a result of her dedication and work ethic.

Yelena began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in the Assurance group. Yelena is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baruch College with a major in accounting and a minor in economics. Yelena lives in Queens with her husband and their two children, Abigail and Jake.
