Lyndsay is a Senior Managing Director at Changing Our World where she provides direct client management to nonprofit organizations across the education, faith-based and human services sectors. 

Throughout her tenure at Changing Our World, Lyndsay has overseen the design and implementation of major planning, capacity building and fundraising efforts.  Her expertise spans the design of comprehensive development plans, managing capital campaigns, leading case development, conducting feasibility studies, overseeing volunteer leadership identification and management, and executing a range of consulting and outsourcing projects. Some of her notable clients include St. John’s University, Covenant House and Cardinal Hayes High School. 

In addition to her client work, Lyndsay has served as Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she played a key role in integrating the firm’s practice areas, designing strategies for business development, contributing to thought leadership, and managing internal operations. She also previously led the firm’s education business portfolio. 

Lyndsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hunter College in New York City. She lives in New York with her husband and two children.
