Colleen M. Burdick
Colleen M. Burdick is a Senior Managing Director at Changing Our World. She serves as a leader of our fundraising team and drives marketing efforts for the firm. During her 16 years with Changing Our World, Colleen has partnered with clients across all philanthropic sectors, focusing largely on campaign studies and implementation, positioning organizations for success via capacity and infrastructure building, and empowering organizations to establish deep donor relationships that lead to ongoing, often transformational, support.
During her tenure, she has served in roles ranging from interim development directors for the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she led a historic campaign that raised more than $150 million, to leading campaign efforts in excess of $350 million for organizations such as the Summit Country Day School, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Covenant House International, St. John’s University, the Archdiocese of New York, the Athenaeum of Ohio, and the Archdiocese of St. Louis, among others.
Prior to joining Changing Our World, Colleen worked as a development officer at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in upstate New York. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Oneonta University and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Omnicom University, a partnership between Harvard Business School and Babson College. Colleen currently resides with her family in her hometown of Hoosick Falls, New York, where she is an active fundraiser within her community.
