Colleen M. Burdick

Colleen M. Burdick is a Senior Managing Director at Changing Our World. She serves as a leader of our fundraising team and drives marketing efforts for the firm. During her 14 years with Changing Our World, Colleen has partnered with clients from numerous sectors, focusing largely on campaign studies and implementation, positioning organizations for success via capacity and infrastructure building, and empowering organizations to establish deep donor relationships that lead to ongoing, often transformational, support.

Among the clients Colleen has supported in her time with Changing Our World are the Archdiocese of New York, where she has led multiple engagement including the $220 million Bicentennial Campaign; the Athenaeum of Ohio/Mount St. Mary’s Seminary of the West, where she led the Investing in Our Future, Preserving Our Legacy campaign, which exceeded its goal, raising more than $19 million; the Summit Country Day School, a nationally recognized independent Catholic school, for which she led a comprehensive campaign to address capital, endowment and annual needs that surpassed its $18.6 million goal; and the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she led a historic campaign that raised more than $150 million. Colleen’s past clients also include the Archdiocese of St. Louis, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, St. John’s University and Covenant House International, among others.

Prior to joining Changing Our World, Colleen worked in development at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in upstate New York. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta and, during her tenure with Changing Our World, has completed the Advanced Management Program of Omnicom University, a program designed and taught by faculty of the Harvard Business School. Colleen currently resides in her hometown of Hoosick Falls, New York with her husband, Todd, and children, Cora and Charlie
