Brady Press

Brady Press is a strategic, mission-driven corporate responsibility and nonprofit consultant. Passionate about creating impactful and authentic programs with both social and business impact, she works as a Senior Director in Changing Our World’s Corporate Responsibility practice. With deep experience across the corporate and nonprofit sectors, Brady has led strategy and implementation initiatives for corporate clients across a diverse range of industries and programs. 

Throughout her time at Changing Our World, Brady has managed several high-impact client engagements. She led a strategic plan for a global biopharmaceutical company’s Foundation enhancing its visibility, social impact, and business alignment. She also managed the successful launch of a financial services company’s signature financial literacy program for teens, helping it leverage company assets and be “known for” a social cause. Additionally, Brady supported the creation of a global employee volunteerism program that surpassed its goal of 100K employee volunteer hours over three years and earned an Engage for Good Gold HALO Award for outstanding employee engagement.  

With expertise in impact measurement, Brady has built measurement frameworks for multiple corporate clients and helped them integrate best practices and strong storytelling approaches into their grantmaking programs. Her nonprofit experience includes leading market research and stakeholder engagement initiatives to inform and drive growth strategies and writing cases for support and other key messaging. 

Brady earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with Honors and a minor in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College. She is a founding member of the New York Academy of Medicine’s Young Professionals Group, NYAM Connect, and a Council Member for Spruce Foundation, a Philadelphia-based philanthropy group supporting local youth-serving nonprofits. Additionally, she is a member of Omnicom’s women ERG, Omniwomen. She currently resides in Philadelphia.
