Brady Press is a strategic, mission-driven corporate social responsibility and philanthropy consultant. Passionate about creating impactful and authentic CSR programs that also drive business objectives, she works as a Senior Director in Changing Our World’s Corporate Social Engagement practice. With a deep knowledge of the corporate and nonprofit sectors, Brady has worked across strategy and implementation for CSR programs across a wide array of corporate clients spanning multiple industries.
Throughout her time at Changing Our World, Brady has managed a strategic plan for a global biopharmaceutical company’s Foundation to strengthen its visibility, impact and business alignment; managed the successful launch of a financial services firm’s signature financial literacy program for teens, helping the company leverage its assets and be “known for” a social cause; and helped build and implement a global employee volunteerism program, which exceeded its goal of 100K employee volunteer hours over 3 years and won an Engage for Good Gold HALO Award for employee engagement.
She has driven research and strategy to integrate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) into corporate grantmaking programs across multiple clients, and has supported the development of concrete goals, outcome metrics and strong storytelling approaches for companies’ local and national grant programs. Additionally, she has experience researching and writing about the Sustainable Development Goals.
Brady earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with Honors and a minor in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College. She is a founding member of the New York Academy of Medicine’s Young Professionals Committee, NYAM Connect, as well as a member of Changing Our World’s DE&I committee and a volunteer leader for Omnicom’s women ERG, Omniwomen. She currently resides in Philadelphia.
