BACKGROUND
In 2019, Changing Our World partnered with one of the leading cancer-care hospitals in the U.S., an organization widely known for its advanced research and treatment protocols. As one of the only comprehensive cancer centers in the nation, the hospital relies on the thousands of partners, individuals, and institutions whose generosity allows the organization to pioneer research and new therapies to find cures, save lives and transform the future of health.
CHALLENGE
In support of its newly formed donor relations function, which was created to aid in the cultivation and stewardship of current, new, and prospective donors and volunteers, the hospital engaged Changing Our World to assess its current philanthropy program and create an operational model designed to deliver an unsurpassed donor experience.
SOLUTION
