BACKGROUND

CHALLENGE

Changing Our World’s work included developing an approach to expanding the Foundation’s reach beyond traditional tuition support and into investment in academic quality and innovation for best-in-class management, marketing and teacher retention models. Changing Our World developed a detailed set of performance indicators for every area of fund grantmaking to ensure that all funding results would be measurable over time.

SOLUTION

As of October of 2017, with a goal of $100 million, over $105 million has been raised by Beyond Sunday. Over the course of the campaign, Changing Our World worked closely with the Archdiocesan development office to ensure the ongoing integrity of the Archdiocesan annual program, which, in 2017, collected more than $15 million, a record for the Archdiocese.
