Leah Brody

Leah is a Senior Managing Director in Changing Our World’s Corporate Social Engagement Practice. With over ten years of philanthropy and corporate responsibility experience, Leah brings a strong background in program strategy and implementation, employee engagement, and communications to her role. She is passionate about helping companies create programs that deliver meaningful social impact outcomes, while driving key business objectives. Leah also is a leader of Changing Our World’s DEI Committee, and currently serves as the agency’s DEI lead within Omnicom Public Relations Group.

Since joining Changing Our World, Leah has worked across a broad range of industries, with clients including TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, Rockwell Automation, Xcel Energy, and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, helping them examine their current strategies, execute best-in-class corporate citizenship programs, and tell a powerful social impact story. She also has experience helping clients incorporate DEI principles and practices into their grantmaking initiatives.

Prior to joining Changing Our World, Leah worked in corporate citizenship at KPMG where she designed and executed programs to empower employees to give back to their communities. Before joining KPMG, Leah also held citizenship roles at AOL and Goldman Sachs, where she managed large-scale employee engagement efforts, including AOL’s global day of service and Goldman Sachs’ Community TeamWorks program. In these roles, Leah was responsible for creating and implementing social impact initiatives that aligned with each company’s corporate responsibility strategy, built brand awareness, and increased employee pride and morale.

Leah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and her master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University.
